Summary
This story follows to journey of Tepeyollotl Sierra, a soft spoken man who’s size towers above all around him. Despite his stature, Teppy is a coward. Thankfully, he was able to find love in the famous magical girl hero, Mitzli Laco. One day, while on a date with Mitzli, the mall they attended was attacked by a group of raiders, leading a massive kaiju into the courtyard. While Mitzli dealt with the monster, Teppy hid in a costume shop. Frustrated with himself, he tried to work up the courage to face off against the bandits. His body refused to respond, however. But in his greatest moment of desperation, a jaguar mask called out to him. The mask promised him the courage to protect the weak and denounce evil. Teppy put on the mask and transformed into the hero known as Balam the Celestial.
